Last weekend I shopped this Sheer Glass lip Gloss Coral Embrace 007 from the Colorbar beauty store at R City Mall. This lip gloss actually defines its name by giving glass shine consistency on your lips and comes in eight different colour shades.

I picked Coral Embrace 007 which is pretty and light an orange shade as I love the orange lips or can say the perfect shade for me on this bright summer days.

My Verdict After Using The Product:-

I highly impressed that a little amount of product covers and gives fuller coverage to my lips. I love the softness and smoothness of the gloss, which long lasts and keeps moisture on lips even after the lips gloss vanishes. Overall a nice product by the brand Colorbar.

Flares in skirts, jumpsuits,Heavy lehengas ruled the India Runway Week this time. Flares in all form of Indian , western, fusion wear was seen.

Crop Tops:

Crop tops in summer bride collection, western wear, crop top in tropical collections or be it Indian textiles. The cloth was surely cropped in number of collections by the designers to make crop tops which are trending this summer to beat the heat as well as add oomph factor.

CAPE Sleeves:

Cape sleeves are surely a must have in everyone's wardrobe this summer. Cape gowns, Cape jumps, Cape tops, Cape sleeved Choli. India Runway Week had designers adding Caped sleeves to all sort of collections

Use of traditional textiles and Organic cotton in fusion and western wear:

Traditional Indian Textiles in an all new avatar was a hit at the India Runway Week's ramp. Block prints,Kalamkari, Madhubani, khadi, Banaras were seen in totally new western cuts, comfortable chic look as well as in summer Bridewear. While organic cotton was seen in a purely fresh style and comfy look.

The India RunwayWeek ramp glittered all the way with reflection filled mirror work, zardozi work. The use of glitter and glittery work is a must have for those gearing up for a summer wedding, mehandi or sangeet!!

#FoodVentures with Dessert: Dilpasand Sandwich

Indeed! Sweet is most important in our life each and every moment of happiness starts with sweets also ends with Sweets. From the day one entering to this world the first thing we got to introduce with sweet. All the occasion, festival, achievement, result, the new beginning, wedding celebration lots more will become tasteless without sweets.

This post is to celebrate sweetness and reminding some old memories.  I and my brother love Dilpasand one of the sweet baked dishes of Madhya Pradesh. Every weekend we used to go Dubey bakery shop (one of the famous bakery shop in my native town) to have this delightful dessert.

Recently I have been so inspired by #Foodventures - An initiative brought to you by Axis Bank Dining Delights to explore the experience'-s & adventures of award winning Master Chef Vikas Khanna & food connoisseur Vir Sanghvi. I thought of giving a twist to this popular treat of India.

So I decided to make these flaky buns by using Bread instead of Maida & rather than baking I decided to go with Grilling.Here I share my quick, easy & twisted dessert of Dil Pasand from Baking to Grilling and Maida to Bread to my favourite dish. 

Ingredients	Quantity
Shredded Coconut	2 cups
Cardamom Powder	1 tsp
Dry Fruits	3 big table spoon
Sugar	1/3 cup
Tutti Fruity	1/4 cup
Butter/ Ghee	1tsp
White bread	4 slice
Sooji	2 tea spoon

Method:-

1.       On a frying Pan add ghee, let it melt, add coconut and fry over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes.

2.       Now add sugar and mix well cook more three to four minutes.

3.       Add cardamom powder, dry fruits, and roasted sooji mix well.

4.       Finally add Tutti fruity, mix fruit jam stair few minutes now turn off the flame and wait till 5 minutes.

5.       Take slice of bread, spread fruit jam properly and now put this filling over it. Now take second slice of bread again spread fruit jam and cover.

6.       Preheat  the griller and place filled bread and grill it for 8 minutes.

7.       Remove the corners of bread and cut from the middle sprinkle coconut over it and serve hot.  Or you can serve this with Rabdi.

Tips:-

1.       Chopped and dry roast dry fruits before use.

2.       Spread Butter /Ghee on the top of breads before putting on to the griller.
