#Ping Pay Kar- Social Banking by Axis bank

Hello Friends, nowadays social media is booming in our daily life. We can do all kinds of communication stuffs like call, video calling, chat, message, email and sharing pictures & videos with the help of available social media channels like  Facebook, WhatsApp, Skype, Twitter, But friends do you know now we can do banking & money transactions with the help of social media. Sounds surprising right, well let me tell you how? So recently, Axis bank has come up with the new app called #PingPay. It's a bubbly way of fund transactions. It allows multi-social payment through all social media channels.

Recently I got an opportunity to attend the live demonstration of this application from Axis bank officials & masterminds behind its creation at their head office in Mumbai.

So let me tell you something about the Ping Pay app & what Axis bank officials have to say about it.

As per Axis bank press release "PingPay is a multi-social application by Axis bank, which allows its user to transfer funds seamlessly to anyone they are connected to using WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter, Email & phone contact list.

It provides a unique multi-social payment solution to enable customers, especially the youth & smart phone users more frequently for money transfer, mobile recharge using social messaging channels.

Ping Pay has been developed in partnership with Fastacash, a Singapore-based, venture-capital backed firm. It's technology enables value(money, airtime, coupons, etc) transfers, along with digital content across any social or messaging platform."

It also comes with various security features like SIM locking, OTP & device locking  for secure transactions. To avoid fraud and reduce the risk, the transaction limit is Rs 50000/- per day & per transaction.

During the demonstration, we have been shown how the money & recharges being done with the help of Ping Pay. In my opinion, this is one of the most innovative mobile application for banking, which will surely going to change the future of  the way we do banking. As people are more socially connected on the Internet. It will help such ideas to reach more & more people in our country. To change our traditional ways of doing things. Banking is one the most innovative & emerging domain on Internet world.

One can ask for money to any Friend or relative who is on their contact list or WhatsApp. You can simply tell them "I need money  #PingPayKar".

Overall it was a very interacting event between blogger & Axis bank officials. We gave lot's of suggestion as well. Nioxin In India- Exclusive Introduction for Beauty Bloggers

Last week I was invited for Nioxin product introduction in India. Let me tell you, about my experience at #NioxinNowInIndia event in association with Blogadda. After reaching to the venue, we were introduced to the hair expert cum salon owner "Natasha" & P&G Salon professional "Harsh". All beauty bloggers were excited for the exclusive demonstration of Nioxin products at Nalini's & Yasmin. 

  

First the hair expert explained about the Nioxin products with the little history on it. How it came to origin when of the founder felt thinning hair after the birth of her first child. & she began to identify the reason for the same and realise the feasibility of  treating the scalp with scientific skin care methods. This is when Nioxin came to origin. To define Nioxin, it is the hair care product specially invented for thinning hair solution. As we do facial on face, similarly our Scalp requires attention & care and Nioxin works on scalp health providing required strength and nourishment which  results into hair thicker & fuller look.

Nioxin system has 6 different treatment therapy based on the type of hair of an individual. Everyone have different kind of hair ranging from thin ,lenghty, natural, highly dense, coloured ,straight ,curly ..oh this list could go on & on without any end. So that is why Nioxin came up six segments based on type of hair . The user will be provided with best suited category of Nioxin product ranging from 1- to -6. 

 

After completion of the Product history & features , we were assigned with one hair expert for each one of us to check the hair type from 1 to 6. Each blogger were given a consulting session to gauge the correct Nioxin user category. On a surprise note, the expert told me that my hair are so thick & really don't need a Nioxin treatment. I was so happy, but on the other node they told me I can gift this Nioxin treatment to any relative or closer friend. Coincidentally my best friend & fellow blogger was also there who joined me for this event. I immediately announced his name. Natasha & Wella expert asked him to go through the consultation. He would be  thanking me for this amazing treatment after sometime. The expert asked him with set of preliminary questionnaire based on the condition of her scalp. He fallen into 3 Nioxin user category.

After the basic consulting session, all those who got thin hair or fallen into any category of Nioxin user have been asked to go through demonstration of how to use the Nioxin 3 PART system.

Before the Nioxin 3 part system, all bloggers under gone for Dermabrasion treatment - an added service for pampering all those bloggers who didn't fallen into any nioxin user category & were having nice scalp. I went through the Dermabrasion & I must say it was very soothing & It felt very luxurious & cool. In this treatment, the hair expert  cleaned the scalp, distributed evenly with soft massage and rest for ten minute. The major benefit for this therapy is it cools our scalp ,which helps to restore a dense,vibrant and healthy look to hair and reduces average of 54% chances  of hair loss. 

Overall It was an awesome experience & would really recommend to everyone who are suffering  from thin hairs & damaged scalp. You can wait for my complete review if you want. Say No to Fear Today - Women Safety

Women Safety is key concern for all of us. As a working women I know the fear of  working overnight, traveling late from office. but there are lots of ways you can look out for yourself  and for each other. Let me share few general recommendation for women safety & actual situation.

So What should you do to prevent an attack  & be safe all the time.

1)-Be Aware , Be Safe : The first & most important point in self defense is awareness- awareness of yourself, your surroundings, and your potential attacker's likely strategies.

Do you feel relatively safer in crowded places, here are some tips to which will keep you safe from  eve teasing & harmful peoples in crowd.

2)-Walking Alone on the streets ? Let 's be safe !

3)- Safety At Work:

It is eminent for women employees to be aware of  their company policies gender discrimination and sexual harassment & the more they are encouraged to report all instances of discrimination without fear, the greater would be their feeling of security and empowerment.

4)-Be Aware, Be Prepared (VITH U APP) :

The Vith U app lets a potential victim skip  through the number-punching , and lets you instantly send an SOS alert to contacts simply by pushing your power button twice. alert message are sent out every two minutes to listed contacts, who will receive a message along with your physical location. This info get updated each time a message goes out.

Get Set Bolt -A New Car from Tata Motors

I always  love travelling,road trips and long drives. I have passion for cars, especially sedan cars but  recently I changed my mind, this has been possibly changed by newly launched Multi drive car from Tata motors "BOLT". Last week I got a chance to visit Bolt arena (A promotional event) at my nearest mall. I was so excited to know the features of this premium hatchback  car. We met the team at bolt arena where one  engineer from tata motor had explained all its features one by one. I accompanied the event with few fellow bloggers and we were amazed by the look and cosmetics of  this peppy little car.

Why I liked the Car :

Now coming to the part why I liked the car, let me explain some the features which I like most about the car .

a) The Multi drive feature : This desi hatchback comes with three driving modes as per your mood.

City: For smooth driving in city and when you are going office its perfect & will suit the city mood.

Sport: when you are planning a long road trip and want adrenaline experience this mode is for you.

Eco: this mode is basically for economy & to save some fuel without sacrificing the performance .

b) Interior View of Bolt : I loved the interior view and I got surprised to see the spacious cabin space. as per engineer a tallest person can fit into the car without any issue .

c) Revetron 1.2 MPFi Petrol engine : I didn't understand the technology behind specification but when I saw the engine it was looking powerful and promising. As per engineer it has one of the next generation engines from Tata motors .

d) ConnectNext Infotainment by Harmen : 

This one is my favourite ,the car comes with a cute display panel for better connectivity with latest features such as GPS ,Video playback ,bluetooth connectivity with USB /Memory card support .You can just on your bluetooth of your phone and listen to your favourite playlist or call without thinking about taking your call out of the bag .

e) Anti -lock Braking system (ABS) :
The ABS by bosch with stability control and dual Airbags make it different for other hatchback available in this segment of cars .I have never seen such features in small cars . This seems to be an additional advantage of bolt over other cars . I liked this feature as it gives more safety and stability .

We had also participated in several contest at the arena. I won few goodies as well as I won few quiz's which were based on the demonstration of car and it's exciting features. We did some tweets as well with photos of the event with hastags like #BoltAhead  #TheBoltLife. The selfie section was amazing at we took few by using selfie stick. Crowd at mall has also shown Lot's of interest and enthusiasm towards the Bolt car. Few people booked the car in advance, which proved that the car and its features were convincing enough to take instant decision to buy this Car.

Perspective of A Working Women #IsLaundryOnlyAWomansJob

As an Independent working women I really have two jobs to do ,one obviously my office work & the other includes all household activities in which washing cloth's is one of the difficult one. Doing laundry was tedious job to me, as it takes all your free time & remaining energy after work. If you plan to do it on weekend's again whole day will go on washing cleaning & drying. As everyone  get's a one day off  from work that is usually Sunday, same situation was with me. My friends & relatives had always complained about me not being social & not meeting to them regularly all credit goes to my job & household activity which an independent women has to do by herself without getting any favour from anyone.

Finally last month I got one automatic washing machine from LG to get rid of this situation & guess guys  it really helped me a lot to overcome the burden of laundry. But  using the machine & drying clothes is still a task which you have to do and takes time. But if you are independent & working you don't have anyone to blame for and it's a best solution to save your time and effort. Using fully automatic washing machine with high quality detergent like Ariel made the job easy for me. Now coming to the debate, Is laundry only a woman's job ?
I would say a big no! It's Not..., It's all about personal hygiene which everyone has to follow for their body & clothing's. But our Indian male chauvinist's thinking & their belligerent belief created a gimmick within the society that its only woman's job to take care of household activities and cleaning. Please have a look at the TVC presented below from Ariel, You will see two old women's are discussing about benefits of being a working women in today's era, but the husband  of this working woman is still dependent on his wife to get his green shirt cleaned .How dual minded men's are ,at one side you want your wife to do a job so that she can help you with EMI ,loan payment & other responsibilities and at the other end you want her to wash you cloths as well ,why can't men help her partner with laundry and other household activities .

Frankly speaking in my family this was not the case ,my father & brother used to clean their cloths by them shelves and I am still so lucky that my boyfriend even help me doing the cleaning on weekend whenever we are together & he do help me  wherever he can .

Some current statistics on this issue : 

A recent survey from AC Neilson in association with leading detergent brand Ariel produced some startling but true household statistics regarding perspective of Men-Women views towards laundry. I got surprised by looking at the percentage where 76 % men say that laundry is a woman's job. Come on which planet you are living. In Mumbai I have seen all male Dhobi's, take an example from most popular dhobhi ghat, they are doing the laundry for all Mumbaikar's,are they biased towards this social gimmick of woman doing the laundry, no they are not. It's time for Indian woman to take a stand & ask in reply if someone is thinking that doing their laundry is their duty. Its time to breakout and spread the message that Men need to change their idea of woman being responsible for laundry as an standard. Yes, as a mother, sister & wife we have responsibility of taking care of our family but on same grounds men are equally responsible for it.

My Wish List for 2015 #WardrobeUpdate

Hope 2015 bring happiness & joy to all of yours life .I am an envious girl, shophoilic & fashion lover .Though working in office administration doesn't give me a chance to showcase my fashion love
